Q: What is the Halloween Fun Pack Project?
A: The Halloween Fun Pack Project is an independent initiative to provide children in the U.S., age 12 and under, who may be unable to trick-or-treat in 2020 due to COVID-19 or other circumstances with a free Fun Pack through the mail during the week of Halloween. It is our hope that this project will provide children throughout the nation with a bit of happiness and normalcy during what otherwise may be a very disheartening time.
Q: How can I register my child to receive a free Halloween Fun Pack?
A: Registration opened on September 1 and closed on September 16, once capacity was reached. Registration may reopen if donations allow the production of additional Fun Packs before Halloween. Should that happen, an announcement will be made on our Registration page.
Q: What will be inside the Fun Packs?
A: Fun packs will contain candy, stickers, trading cards, coloring and activity pages, and other related items, most designed exclusively for this project. Printed materials will be child-friendly and not overtly scary.
Q: How can I donate to the Halloween Fun Pack project?
A: The Halloween Fun Pack Project is 100 percent funded by donor and sponsor support. More information on donations, sponsorships and incentives is available here.
Q: Does the Halloween Fun Pack Project offer any donor incentives?
A: Yes! Each donor of $6 or more to the project will receive a Halloween Fun Pack (or the option to donate that Fun Pack to the project for a registered child). Additional incentives include exclusive uncut Halloween- and monster-themed trading card panels, original Halloween- and monster-themed artist sketch cards, collectible Halloween- and monster-themed mini-plaks, collectible prints and more. A: The Halloween Fun Pack Project welcomes corporate, small business, organizational and individual sponsorships. Please contact us for more information.
Q: I would like to donate items to be included in this year's Halloween Fun Packs. Are you accepting these types of contributions?
A: While we appreciate all interest in the Halloween Fun Pack Project, to ensure the safety of materials in the Fun Packs, we are unable to accept donations of outside items for inclusion.

A: The organizer of the Halloween Fun Pack Project has been involved in charitable fundraising and event management for more than fifteen years. Past projects have included a nationally acclaimed annual safe trick-or-treating block party and award-winning annual child literacy program, as well as fundraisers for children and families in need, cancer patients, and other charitable causes.
